Fernblock

Fernblock is a natural plant extract derived from the tropical fern Polypodium Leucotomas which provides strong antioxidant activity, helping to prevent and repair skin damage caused by solar radiation (UVA, UVB, Visible Light and Infrared A). It helps prevent sunburn and inflammation, reduces redness, improves skin elasticity, and supports overall skin health.

Excellent for sun protection

I have been using Heliocare sun protection tablets for over 10 years to supplement sun protection lotion and it’s a game changer as I no longer worry about burning and can enjoy sunny holidays. You still need to reapply sunscreen as normal but the two work really well together. I only use them during beach holidays or if I know I will be out in the sun all day. Before these tablets my skin felt rubbery after being in the sun but this is not the case any more. I am well into my 40’s and my body/face skin looks great. This was recommended to me by a dermatologist and it has become a firm favourite to look after my skin.

Good product

Suffering from an incurable skin condition for over 10years have been put on this supplement on the advice of my Dermatologist. Previously been taking malaria tablet but side effects needed close monitoring. Still having quarterly monitoring hospital appointments and blood tests but a better product.
