For GB customers, we endeavour to provide a next working day delivery service for orders placed by 12:00pm on a working day Monday to Friday. For clarity, any orders placed on a Friday will be for Monday delivery. During busy periods, your orders may sometimes take a little longer to process and may take up to 3-5 working days. If you are in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the couriers we work with provide a 2-day delivery service from date of despatch. The delivery service to NI is normally 2-5 days. If you are ordering from the Channel Islands it will be at least a 2 day delivery service from the date of despatch.

HELIOCARE
There are no known risks of using HELIOCARE products during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, HELIOCARE products are not tested on pregnant and breastfeeding women and for this reason, we would advise you to consult a health or skincare professional before use.
HELIOCARE topical products can be used on infants from the age of 3. However there are HELIOCARE paediatric products which have been specially formulated for use on children from the age of 6 months. Although our guidance is that babies and young children should not be exposed to direct sun.
From the age of 3 children's skin starts to become less fragile. If you wanted to move onto the other HELIOCARE topical products at this stage, you could do so. Generally, we recommend that you continue to use the paediatric products until the cosmetic feel and look of the products becomes important to your child, and where this may affect their use of the products.
HELIOCARE capsules can be used by children from the age of 4 upwards.
HELIOCARE and HELIOCARE 360° topical & oral products do not contain any animal derived components and therefore are classed as vegan friendly.
