How to use

Take one capsule in the morning when spending extended periods outdoors in the daylight. Heliocare 360° Oral Supplements aren't a replacement for the use of topical sun protection. Use in combination with the application of your favourite Heliocare 360° Cream or Gel.

Don't exceed stated recommended daily consumption. Food supplements shouldn't be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Makes a real difference

Like Heliocare's AK Fluid, this is excellent. UVA causes many potentially debilitating problems for me including Pompholyx (lots of tiny painful blisters) & eczema. Given my skin type, both these can infect easily. I've tried staying indoors during daylight hours from May to October, which helps hugely. However, using Heliocare's products throughout the year, enables me to live a better life: with some care, I can go get about, including walking & cycling, with far fewer symptoms. An essential part of my successful health management. Thank you.

I think these are a a placebo I still got all my usual skin irritation and when looking at the package it’s pretty much all Vitamin C which while good for the skin definitely doesn’t justify the £34 price tag

Lucky me

I consider myself lucky to know about Heliocare capsules. So many people don’t. Not even people in the medical field are familiar with this little wonder pill. I live in Miami, and love everything outdoors; from boating to gardening.
I take my capsule, apply my sunblock and hat, and am ready to carry on with my activities

Polymorphic Light Eruption

I suffer quite badly from Polymorphic Light Eruption, after many visits to the doctors over the years and searching the web for help, my better half come across a Facebook page that offered various ideas and top of the list was heliocare 360. At first I was a bit sceptical as nothing has ever worked but It has been the most amazing thing I’ve tried and now swear by it. The feeling of being able to go out and feel the sun without having to cover up has been life changing, this is the only releif I have found. It has stopped the horrid red blisters from forming and the itching has gone. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
